As most of you know, I’m very involved with the training of new physicians at NCH. I thought you might be interested in seeing the July 2022 newsletter with a lot of information about the rapid growth of our teaching programs. I am of the strong opinion that an academic/education environment raises the quality of care for all of the patients in our hospital. I am also hopeful that over time, many of these physicians will establish practices in our growing community. We certainly need more physicians in our area in view of the rapid growth and looming physician shortages predicted.
